What binds the worlds of dance and quantum physics? Movement— a force as primal as existence itself. Duality is a ground-breaking dance show developed through the Open Interval Residency in collaboration with Gibney Dance and the Simons Foundation.
With choreography shaped by the laws of general relativity and quantum mechanics, Duality brings to life the paradoxes at the heart of modern physics— two powerful, yet not yet unified, visions of reality. Space-time curves, particles entangle, and bodies navigate a universe where certainty coexists with chance. Are we governed by precise rules— or is there room for choice in the unfolding of the cosmos? Step into a performance where the fabric of the universe becomes motion— and experience the mysteries that move us all.
