Apollo Theater Statement: COVID-19 (coronavirus)

Wednesday, September 9, 2020

In response to continuing concerns relating to the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), New York City's reopening plan, and in keeping the health and well-being of our audience, artists, community, visitors and staff our top priority, in-person Apollo Theater-produced public programs remain canceled through December 31. Please visit the Apollo Digital Stage for our Fall Season of all digital programming.

The Apollo Theater and Ticketmaster have reached out to ticket holders for all canceled or postponed events for the Spring 2020 season, and refunds have been issued where requested.

We will continue to monitor information from New York State and New York City about when the Theater can safely reopen with the appropriate guidelines in place. The Apollo Theater is presently categorized within Stage 4 of NYC's reopening plan. Ongoing updates will be provided here, including the availability of the Theater for rentals.

Be well, and stay connected at the Apollo Digital Stage and by signing up for the Apollo A-LIST for the latest news.
