Apollo Theater Academy
In addition to its rich history in furthering the careers of entertainers, the Apollo has a legacy of providing tangible opportunities for technicians, designers and other behind-the-scenes industry professionals. The Apollo Theater Academy advances this legacy through seminars, workshops, internships and events designed to increase knowledge of careers in the performing arts and entertainment fields such as technical stage production and arts management.
High School Internship Program
The Apollo Theater Academy High School Internship Program provides high school seniors with opportunities for personal and professional development as they explore non-performance careers in the arts and entertainment industries. Through hands-on training and career development workshops interns experience a real world work environment and connect with industry professionals. This program is highly competitive; therefore, not everyone who applies will be selected to participate.
