We engage audiences of all ages through programs and events that amplify Black history, arts, and culture. These include workshops and residencies, tours, panels, internships, curriculum materials, and online engagement for K-12 and adult audiences. We offer tools for youth development and career readiness and professional learning workshops for educators.

Professional Learning
Professional Learning workshops provide K-12 educators with resources and hands-on activities to connect the arts to classroom subject areas. Workshops focus on such topics as The Apollo and Harlem and the contributions of peoples of the African diaspora to global culture through the arts. The Apollo is a NYS State-approved provider for Continuing Teacher and Leader Education (CTLE) credits.
