An individualist out of the same mold as Bob Dylan and Neil Young, Salif Keita fought his way to the top in his native Mali. The internationally recognized afro-pop, singer/songwriter, known as the Golden Voice of Africa, reprises tracks from his latest album, La Difference, including the title song and fresh new versions of some of his best-known hits, "Folon" and "Seydou."  And Pedrito Martinez Group bring their “Africa-to-the-New-World funk.”
