One of Chelsea Lynn’s greatest joys in life is picking up a microphone and singing. The performer comes to the Apollo by way of Philadelphia. She is influenced by the great Etta James and Luther Vandross. Chelsea plans to perform a tune by Apollo legend Lauryn Hill entitled “Ex-Factor” and hopes her rendition will persuade the audience to vote her into the number one spot.

Breakin' Convention
It's a hip hop takeover at the Apollo June 13-16 as 100 dancers from around the globe gather onstage, under the marquee, all through the building during a jam-packed 4-day weekend of hip hop dance theater shows, DJ's spinning, live graffiti art, film clips and special tributes to hip hop dance icons, family workshops and free events.
