AUDITION TO BE THE NExT APOLLO LEGEND

Amateur Night is a live show that takes place on the world famous Apollo Theater stage in Harlem, New York City every Wednesday from March through November.*

 

Apollo Amateur Night: Atlanta (Student Auditions at Morehouse College)

Apollo Amateur Night Student Auditions are open to student singers, dancers, comedians, rappers, spoken word artists and musicians. Amateur performances of all styles are welcome to audition. Those chosen from the audition will have the chance to appear at the Apollo Amateur Night and perform on stage at the Apollo Theater in New York.

Apollo Amateur Night: Atlanta (Open Auditions at Atlanta Civic Center) 

Amateur NightAtlanta Auditions are open to members of the general public who are singers, dancers, comedians, rappers, spoken word artists and musicians ages 5 and older. Amateur performances of all styles are welcome. Those chosen from the audition will have the chance to appear at the Apollo Amateur Night and perform on stage at the Apollo Theater in New York.

PRIZE OFFERINGS

  • There are cash prizes at the end of each evening's Amateur Night competition
  • In the “Child Star of Tomorrow” category, the first place winner of the season finale will receive $2,000.
  • During the season finale the first place winner receives a cash prize of $10,000.
