When nine year-old Just Ice takes the stage, you can barely see him from behind his drum set.  But the minute he strikes a beat, Just Ice becomes a giant whose powerful rhythm is right on the mark.  Even as a baby, this Atlanta-based wunderkind always found a way to express a groove. Just Ice would shake his rattle, tap his high chair or beat on the kitchen counter with accurate precision. By the time he turned three years old, his parents bought him a drum set.  The rest is history.

Just Ice has worked with world-renowned drummer Sonny Emory who goes on record to say, “That is one bad little cat! It’s a real treat to watch him play.”   Just Ice looks forward to his debut on the legendary Apollo stage where many of his favorites have performed.

CURRENT STANDING IN COMPETITION
Just Ice won first place in the "Stars of Tomorrow" segment at the Top Dog competition on May 12, 2010. His next performance will be at the Super Top Dog competition on October 27, 2010.
