Theresa Thomason
Jazz a la Carte, May 12, 2012. Her career has spanned over two decades of performances and recordings with eight time Grammy Award winner Paul Winter and Theresa remains a regular featured soloist with Winter and his Consort. Theresa also spent fifteen years headlining a theatrical concert she wrote and produced throughout 170 European cities.
Thomason has appeared on Broadway in the Musical "Hot Feet", featuring the music of Earth, Wind and Fire, and choreographed and directed by Maurice Hines. Other performances include shows with Ray Charles, The Dalai Lama, The United Nations, Actress Ruby Dee, Pete Seeger, renowned conductor's and composer's John Rutter, Paul Sullivan, Paul Halley, The "Zenith" Strausbourg, France, The Protestant Union, France, The jazz group FRENS, Maori Indians- Christchurch, NZ, and Clarence Burke -The Five Stairsteps. Thomason recorded and performed with the American progressive metal band, Dream Theatre, in Holland, London and New York City's Roseland Ballroom.
She has completed four musical releases and continues to expand her range, style and creativity performing throughout Europe, the U.S., Canada and New Zealand.
